We offer an environment that is not only inclusive, but respects and acknowledges difference. No one is excluded and everyone’s voice is heard
We acknowledge our privilege(s) and the ways that it contributes to systemic oppression. We work towards not only challenging our privilege, but breaking down the barriers it creates through education.
We empower gender and/or sexually diverse communities by encouraging their participation in all stages of developing the program and offering our workshops.
We are intersectional in all aspects of our program. We consider the various ways that systems of oppression can impact one’s experience of being gender and/or sexually diverse. We listen to the suggestions of others, and the ways that these can add to the value of our program and our mission.
